As water continues to rise in Manitou Beach, Sask. the province is looking to raise barriers to keep it at bay.
The Saskatchewan government says they're spending $3.9 million to raise berms by one metre along the shore of Little Manitou Lake. The landlocked body of water has been breaking water level records since 2007, threatening the resort town and Easter Seals camp with flooding.
